Miscellaneous bugs and insects find their way into the attic. The attic is a home for them that also keeps them out of sight from the home owners. The attic treatment will rid the area of unwanted pest and will keep killing for 6 months.

This service reduces the amount of mosquitoes in the area. Two different services are offered to help control mosquitoes. For best results, we recommend using both services.

Mosquito Trap -An attractant inside a bucket that attracts and kills female mosquitoes and future breeding sites. Covers small patio areas or approximately 10x20 square foot area.

Mosquito Fogging -Pesticide applied to the site with a blower which fogs and attaches to the bottom of leaves where mosquitoes harbor. Covers approximately 10,000 square foot area.

Bed bugs may not be visible to the naked eye and may require a trained professional to detect bed bugs. There is an upfront fee of $80 for equipment used to identify presence of bed bugs, this fee is credited if service is requested. Bed bugs can transmit disease because they feed on human skin and tissue. Service includes removal and disposal of linens to prevent contamination to other areas of the home. Two treatments are recommended.

This service is for outdoor rodents only. Any rodents on the inside of a structure is a different service and is unavailable for us to do at this time.

Bees are an endangered species and will only be serviced if the hive is located on the property. If service is requested extra care and treatment will be taken to prevent another colony from reestablishing. Bees will not be relocated, they will be eliminated. Hives inside the structure of a building will require the owner to hire a company to provide access to the interior wall for us to remove the hive.

Pet service is recommended for customers with outdoor pets. This service can be preventative or if you've noticed activity on your pet. This service is similar to a general application, but includes special ingredients intended to target scorpions, ticks, fleas, spiders, chiggers and other insects that can be very harmful to your pet.

This is an all-around pesticide that helps control most Arizona creepy crawlies. The most common Arizona insect that is covered by this application would be: Ants, crickets, spiders, scorpions, etc.

A flushing agent is used all over the yard and structure perimeter to attract scorpions out of their hiding spots. A black light is used to retrieve all the scorpions.

German roaches’ breed very quickly, one egg sac can hatch about 50 roaches. They require a separate, more aggressive service to eradicate them. A custom quote is required to include a number of follow up treatments based on square footage and the volume of infestation.

You ever see one of those HUGE cockroaches in your house? You know, the kind where it looks like it will take your whole body weight to squish it? Well, those guys are sewer roaches. We treat the sewer line to kill them off and keep them out for 6 months. The price varies depending on where the sewer access is.
